SAFETY LIABILITY

To ensure a safe trip:

●        Children under 18 years old must be actively supervised by at least one legal guardian at all times. Senior citizens aged 70 and over need to make sure their health condition is permitted to attend our activities. All travelers must confirm they have not been advised not to travel. Failure to do so will be considered negligent and we will take no responsibility should an incident arise.

●        Please read our Safety Liability Clause carefully before booking any of our activities. You are responsible for your own safety at all times. Easytour advises all travelers to get travel insurance just in case anything unexpected happens. Easytour will not be held responsible for any injury, death, damage, loss or inconvenience incurred in all activities.

●        Fishing - It is strictly prohibited to carry inflammable or explosive goods (such as gasoline, kerosene, paint, hydrogen peroxide, liquefied petroleum gas, fireworks, etc) and other dangerous goods which is toxicity, radioactivity or causticity on board. When using the fishing tackles please follow the instructions given by the crews. Easytour will not be held responsible for any injury, death, damage, loss incurred in fishing activities.

●        Hunting&Shooting - All travelers must follow the instructions given by the staffs to use the shooting gun. It is strictly prohibited to point the guns to other people and yourself. All travelers must stay at their given areas unless accompanied by a member of staff. Do not take photos with wild animals. Easytour will not be held responsible for any injury, death, damage, loss incurred in hunting&shooting activities.

●        Car rental - Please bring your valid driver license or driver permit with you at all times. It is necessary to acknowledge New Zealand road rules and driving instructions. Always obey the road rules while driving. Easytour will not be held responsible for any injury, death, damage, loss caused while using the rental car.

Easytour may reschedule the activities if force majeure or anything unexpected occurs. Explanations will be given to customers before or after the activity. Easytour will not be held responsible for any loss, disturbance or inconvenience caused. Activity rate may be increased or decreased due to force majeure, extra charge and refund applied accordingly.

*Force Majeure referred in the terms includes unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions. Including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, wars, strikes, riots, aircraft malfunction, flights protection, terrorism, government action, public health events, etc. Easytour will not be held responsible for any delays in public transport, temporary closure of event venues, immigration controls, sudden change in immigration policy, travel warning information, etc.
