1) Check-in after 14:00 pm, Check-out before 10:00 am.
2) No smoking, no partying in the room and house.
3) No drink or food is to be eaten in the bedroom.
4) Keep dining and kitchen area clean at all times after use and wash away dishes, wok and pot.
5) Ensure a minimum load of 2/3 full in washing machine but not overload, always set washing machine on 'cold wash'.
6) Free unlimited broadband use is provided for legitimate purposes but prior consent from the owner is required for using the phone.
7) To conserve energy and for safety reason, customers must switch off any unused electrical appliances at all times.
8) Alcohol and drug abuse is not allowed under NZ laws and will be reported to the police.
9) Customers must be considerate and keep noise to a minimum level especially between 11pm at night and 8am in the morning.
10) Misuse or damage of owner property will result in a cost to customers to repair/replace.
